Ebook: This is probably the most common kind of product these days. Let?s say you?re an expert in the dating niche. You write a guide on how to pick up hot women and how to keep them in your life etc. You then turn it into an ebook to promote and sell.
How do you create an ebook? Well there is one free and effective method you can use. I?d recommend downloading Open Office. It?s something like Windows Office tools, but you can turn a word document into a PDF file with just one click. If you don?t like typing you can use a dictation tool or speech to text tool. The one I?d recommend is Dragon Dictate, it costs money, but is very professional and easy to use and edit. The cheap alternative is using a dictation software and getting it transcribed at a freelance website like oDesk.

One more way of getting an ebook on the market is if you can get hold of some good quality PLR (Private Label Rights) material, rewrite it slightly and change any graphics or links and package it as your own by putting your name as the author. Be sure to check your editing and give away rights before purchasing any PLR though.
Audio: This is quite a common way of creating products or free list building give away?s. You pick a topic in your niche where lots of people are struggling and you find a solution and record yourself talking about how to solve the problem. You might want to make notes or Q cards that you can read from whilst doing your recording. Don?t worry about making mistakes, you can always edit it using a software called Audacity, an audio editing software.
Video: Once you have your topic of choice, the problem and the solution, you can create a video. This can be anything from a slide show with you commentating and covering each slide in depth to an on screen tutorial if it?s a computer or internet problem your fixing. Do it live and record it using something like Camtasia or the free alternative CamStudio, if you?re on a budget.
There are three ways of creating these products. You creating the solution, interviewing an expert to find the solution or buy some PLR and edit it. Always edit PLR, just think of how many people buy it and are too lazy to edit it to make it their own and just publish it as is and just change the author name. Too many people do this, make yours unique and you?ll stand out.
The great thing about having your own valuable product is that you have so much leverage to get joint venture partners on board to promote your product. Meaning you don?t need to do much, if any traffic generation. And it doesn?t get much more targeted than other peoples lists in your marketplace.
