Jonathan Portes is currently the head of the National Institute for Economic and Social Research, and we are honoured to invite him to share his ground-breaking views on British economic policies.
Having had a hugely diverse and successful career and regularly appearing in the media (Guardian and Huffington Post), he has been outspoken about his opposition to the pace of austerity and on current immigration policy. As the British economy enters a New Year, and the Coalition Government begins the second half of its term, it is the perfect time to hear one of Britain?s foremost economic thinkers talk on the British economy.
This event will take place between 6pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday 22nd January, in the OCR, Trinity College.
